Membership Corner

As I sit and type this article for the Art Alliance’s newsletter I can see the naturally brown foothills that are green from the rain that we have received this year. I love it when the hills turn green for two reasons. First, green is my favorite color and second, it reminds me that spring is on its way and thinking about spring and new growth brings me to why I am writing this article.
 
It’s time to start thinking about new growth in Art Alliance. Camille and I ask you to stop for just a few moments in your busy schedules and think about someone in your surroundings who would benefit from becoming part of our group. You can give them our email address,
membership@riversideartalliance.org, if they have any questions. Additionally you can guide them to the Art Alliance website for more information about our Art Alliance. The easiest thing is to invite them to attend our next meeting and give them the opportunity to meet us.

Categories of Art Alliance membership
and their requirements are as follows:

ARTICLE II
 
Membership

 There shall be two (2) categories of membership, Active and Supporting:

Active Members 
1.

Pay $25 annual dues (RAM Life Members are exempt from paying Art Alliance dues.)

2. Expected to work actively on fundraisers and special events.  
3. All Members are required to maintain a current RAM membership.
4. Membership may be granted to any individual who supports the mission and purposes of the organization.  Members are encouraged to attend general meetings, Art Alliance events, and RAM events. 
5. Any member who is delinquent in Art Alliance and/or RAM dues may be dropped from membership.
6. A member may resign by submitting a resignation to the Membership Chair.
Supporting Member
1. Pays $100 annual dues (RAM Life Members are exempt from paying Art Alliance dues.)
2. Encouraged to support the fundraisers and special events.
3. All Members are required to maintain a current RAM membership.
4. Membership may be granted to any individual who supports the mission and purposes of the organization.  Members are encouraged to attend general meetings, Art Alliance events, and RAM events. 
5. Any member who is delinquent in Art Alliance and/or RAM dues may be dropped from membership.
6. A member may resign by submitting a resignation to the Membership Chair.
