“15 Minutes of Soup”

This tongue-in-cheek approach to Can-struction was inspired by my own photograph shot in the 1980’s of pop artist Andy Warhol.  He transformed the mundane, the repetition of daily life, elevating it to the status of ART. Can-struction has such an inherent iconoclastic nature, we figured what better way to pay homage to the man who brought to light the state of “image overload in a media saturated culture.”  15 Minutes of Soup is made of 15 different food items, hopefully bringing fame to even the lowliest of ingredients, if only for a short while.  Mmmmm good!
